1. Introduction

FXQuantis is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the FXQuantis mobile application ("App") — an AI-powered forex analytics platform that delivers real-time market intelligence, AI trading signals, whale-order alerts, and copy-trading insights.

By using FXQuantis, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Full name and email address (for account creation)
Password (stored as a secure hash — never in plain text)
Broker API credentials — OANDA API key & account ID, or MetaApi token & account ID (stored encrypted, used solely to fetch your live account data)
Subscription and payment information (processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat — we never store card details)
Feedback and support messages

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Device information (model, OS version)
Device identifiers (IDFV, advertising ID where permitted)
IP address and approximate geographic region
App usage patterns and session data
Crash reports and performance diagnostics
Expo push notification token (for delivering real-time alerts)

2.3 Broker & Trading Account Data

Account balance, equity, and unrealised P&L (fetched live from your connected broker)
Open positions and trade history (used to render your Dashboard equity curve)
Margin utilisation and risk metrics

This data is fetched in real time from your broker via their official API and is never permanently stored beyond the current session cache. Disconnecting your broker immediately revokes our access.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create, verify, and manage your account
To render your live Dashboard, equity curve, and portfolio analytics
To deliver AI-generated forex signals, whale alerts, and copy-trading insights
To send push notifications for price alerts and signal changes (with your consent)
To manage your subscription entitlements (Standard, Pro, Institutional)
To detect fraud, abuse, or security threats
To improve the accuracy of AI models and analytics (using anonymised, aggregated data only)
To respond to support requests

We do NOT sell your personal data or broker credentials to third parties.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

OANDA / MetaApi — to authenticate and retrieve your live account data on your behalf
RevenueCat — to manage in-app subscription purchases and entitlements
Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for subscriptions
Expo / Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications to your device
Analytics providers — anonymised, aggregated usage data only (no personal identifiers)
Legal authorities — if required by a valid court order or applicable law

5. Data Storage & Security

We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit). Broker API credentials are stored with additional envelope encryption and are never logged or exposed in plaintext. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

6. Your Rights

Access your data — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct your data — Update inaccurate information via Profile → Personal Information.
Delete your account — In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you may submit a deletion request using this form:

Withdraw consent – You may stop using the app or request deletion of your account at any time.

Disconnect your broker — Remove all broker credentials and cached account data at any time via Profile → Connected Broker → Disconnect.

Withdraw notification consent — Opt out of push notifications at any time via Settings → Notifications or your device's system settings.

Data portability — Request an export of your account data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy

FXQuantis is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Forex trading involves significant financial risk and is not appropriate for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered, we will immediately close the account and delete all associated data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FXQuantis ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the FXQuantis mobile application. By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FXQuantis.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You must not be prohibited from accessing financial analytics services under applicable law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all laws applicable in your country or region.

3. Nature of the Service

FXQuantis is an information and analytics platform. We provide AI-generated signals, real-time forex market data, whale-order flow analysis, copy-trading leaderboards, and broker account visualisation tools. We are NOT a licensed broker, financial adviser, investment manager, or regulated financial institution. Nothing within the App constitutes financial advice, a solicitation to trade, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

FXQuantis offers three subscription tiers — Standard, Pro, and Institutional — available as monthly or annual plans.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account via RevenueCat.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store subscription settings.
Refunds are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies respectively.
A free trial period (where offered) will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Broker Integration

FXQuantis supports read-only connections to OANDA (via the OANDA v20 REST API) and MT4/MT5 accounts (via MetaApi). By connecting your broker account, you:

Authorise FXQuantis to fetch your account balance, equity, open positions, and trade history solely for display within the App.
Confirm that you are the authorised account holder.
Acknowledge that FXQuantis does not execute trades, place orders, or modify your broker account in any way.
Accept that broker connectivity depends on third-party API availability and may be interrupted without notice.

6. AI Signals & Market Data

AI-generated signals, whale alerts, and market analytics provided by FXQuantis are for informational purposes only. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. All trading decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk. FXQuantis accepts no liability for any trading losses incurred based on information provided within the App.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the App — including source code, designs, graphics, data, AI models, algorithms, and branding — is the proprietary property of FXQuantis or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Representations

By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You will not share your account credentials with any third party.
You understand that forex trading involves substantial risk of loss.
You are using the App for personal, non-commercial analytics purposes unless you hold an Institutional subscription.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Application to:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense AI signals or market data to third parties.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the App or its APIs.
Circumvent subscription entitlements or share premium access with non-subscribers.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Introduce malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
Impersonate FXQuantis, its team, or any other user.
Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

10. User Consent & Acknowledgement

By using the Application, you expressly confirm and agree that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You understand that FXQuantis is an analytics tool, not a licensed broker or financial adviser.
You acknowledge that all AI signals are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.
You accept full responsibility for any trading decisions made based on information from the App.
You have read and accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FXQuantis, its owners, developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.

            FXQuantis provides an analytics platform. It does not execute trades, manage funds, or guarantee
            trading returns. All trading decisions are made solely at your own risk.
        

12. Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FXQuantis does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that market data will be accurate or complete at all times. Real-time data is subject to the availability of third-party data providers and broker APIs.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, or where required by law, through the courts of the jurisdiction in which FXQuantis is incorporated. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

Continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

14. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your FXQuantis account at any time.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Upon deletion, all personal data and broker credentials are permanently removed within 30 days.
